Shipping Policy
Shipping
Your goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of the payment being received and you should receive your order in approximately 5 to 7 working days unless otherwise notified by us. All payments must be made by direct debit details for making the payment will be provided once the order is received. Shipping is done via StarTrack Australia or Australia Post and you will be notified of the shipping cost when you place your order.
Countries other than Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. The fee for shipping internationally will be quoted on an individual basis, thus it is important we have your correct email address and contact phone number. We will contact you for appropriate delivery details.
Late Delivery
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Whether non-payment is delaying the sending of the goods.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be downloaded the following day, therefore not processed that day.

Packaging and returns
Your purchases will be shipped in boxes that have been designed specificially to protect the materials whether they be ceramic or fabric. Should you wish to return or exchange any goods, they must be unused and returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available you should use packaging that would provide a similar level of protection as returned items must be received 'as new' and in resaleable condition.
The cost of returning the item/s will only be refunded if the item is faulty or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received at our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange or return an item please email us at enquires@scenicware.com.au within 7 days of accepting delivery to arrange their return. The goods should be returned to the follow address:

Please include a note with details of your name, contact details, order number and the reason for the exchange.
